SIZING SCHEDULE



  • ALL MONIES ARE DUE AT TIME OF SIZING. AN ADULT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL CHEERLEADERS TO APPROVE SIZES.
  • COST OF NEW UNIFORM PACKAGE IS $200 (Includes shell, skirt, bow, body liner, briefs, poms, shoes)
  • COST OF FILL IN PACKAGE IS $75 (Returning cheerleaders only) (Includes bow, body liner, briefs, poms, shoes)
  • ALL RETURNING CHEERLEADERS WHO ARE PURCHASING THE FILL IN PACKAGE MUST WEAR UNIFORM TO SIZING FOR LEAGUE APPROVAL
  • ALL CHEERLEADERS MUST BRING SOCKS TO TRY ON SHOES
  • ALL CHEERLEADERS MUST WEAR A ONE-PIECE BATHING SUIT OR LEOTARD IN ORDER TO TRY ON UNIFORMS. 


MCYFL COVID-19 RESPONSE

UNIFORM SIZING:

 

All coaches shall inform each parent about guidelines 1-5, prior to uniform sizing.

  1. Any coach, parent or cheerleader who has symptoms of an illness, including, but not limited to, fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, nausea and/or vomiting, shall not report to uniform sizing. If the cheerleader or parent is sick, the cheerleader will be rescheduled to another date.

  2. All cheerleaders and accompanying parents must wear a cloth face covering to uniform sizing per CDC recommendations. Cheerleaders or parents that do not have on a face covering will not be permitted inside of the field house. All cheerleaders shall wear socks or bring socks to sizing. If the cheerleader does not have socks they will not be permitted to try on shoes. All cheerleaders must wear a one-piece bathing suit underneath their clothes. The bathing suit will remain on while trying on the uniform pieces. All returning cheerleaders who plan to use last year’s uniform must wear it and have it approved by a board member during sizing.

  3. Parents will be encouraged to bring cash, money order or check to pay the uniform fee.

  4. The Head Coach will designate an area on Field B for the team to meet. Tents will be set-up on

    the field to offer shade and the 4 Pavilions on the field will also be available. Each cheerleader must maintain 6 feet of separation on the field. If a team elects to sit in the bleachers, social distancing must be practiced.

  5. Cheerleaders and parents will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entry into the sizing room and upon leaving.

  6. All coaches must wear cloth face coverings to uniform sizing. The Head Coach must check in at Table 1 outside of the Field House upon arrival. Table 1 will be located outside of the entrance of the Field House. At table 1 the Head Coach will receive a uniform accessory form to fill out if she has not done so. The Head Coach will be directed to line up the team at the sign at the entrance of the field house five minutes prior to the team’s designated sizing time, distancing each girl by 6 feet.

  7. Only 3 cheerleaders will be permitted to enter the sizing room at a time. The Board member at table 1 will direct the cheerleaders to enter the sizing room. Hand sanitizer will be available at Table 1 and must be used prior to entering the sizing room. The parent may enter with the cheerleader after using hand sanitizer and must wait in the designated seats assigned in the sizing room. The designated seats will be on opposite sides of the room to ensure social distancing. Only 3 board members will be permitted in the sizing room at a time. At no time shall there be more than 10 people in the sizing room, including board members. Each board member will be designated to a work zone on opposite sides of the room. All Board members will wear a cloth face covering to comply with CDC recommendations. Hand sanitizer will be available at all work zones and must be used by board members in between each cheerleader. Sample shoes will be disinfected in between use. All pens used by parents will be cleaned with disinfectant wipes in between use.

  8.  After the cheerleader has sized, the cheerleader will be asked to wait outside of Field House B while the parent finalizes payment in the registration room. There will be two board members at the registration table to finalize payments. Hand sanitizer will be available at the registration table. All pens used by parents shall be cleaned with disinfectant wipes in between use. Board members must sanitize their hands in between parent transactions. No chairs will be available for the parents to sit down in this area.
